Overcoming Depression- Remember on tough days YOU are in control! God is in control of your situation. He will not leave you or ever fail you! Set boundaries and allow yourself to have a place/space of your own! To just think, breathe, get relief, see the brighter side of things. Whatever you do NEVER give up on you!! Stand strong on purpose! Believe in your STRENGTH! Remember you can do this!!

Levels Of LIFE- From one level to the next continue to GROW on purpose! Let nothing make you feel less or not worthy of…...because you are WORTHY of ALL things. Don't feel guilty for OVERCOMING & STEPPING into all that God has for you! Surround yourself with things that makes your soul feel good. Live, Love, & Laugh because you deserve to. Dealing With Depression, Hurt , Anxiety, Grief, The Good, Tough Days, Self Doubt ,Wrong Doings, The Happy, The Bad

Speaking directly from my journey, these are not easy to deal with "Well" at all times and that's so okay. Don't be so hard on yourself. I promise each step you will grow and become better. During times like this remember to try your best to keep your mind clear, give yourself time to process things, get a hold of things, with all growing in between. (It's okay not to be Perfect trust me I get it) The saying "Trust The Process" is something I truly try to hold on to "with me" through each step of my journey. When there are things going on in my life that I just don't understand I call on God to help me and guide me through! (Prayer is my Key) Being upset, Crying, Excepting your feelings are hurt, Grief, Overcoming things that you want to and need to grow in, Leaving, Going, The Great, The Bad, The Good, The Ups, The Downs is ALL apart of the Growing process from what I'm truly learning. .............. Know that it does get better and know you can overcome anything when God is attached. Choosing Peace, Great Things and God over all things will get you through and grow you into ALL NEW.
